  • We will perform surveys and consultancy with reasonable care, skill and diligence, in accordance with industry standards.

  • We are not responsible for hidden defects which are beyond reasonable inspection, or for factors outside our control (e.g. structural failure due to subsequent misuse).

   

Scheduling & Access

  • You must provide safe, timely access for our surveyor to the vessel, all relevant documentation, equipment, and cooperation.

  • Delays or failure to provide access may incur additional costs or rescheduling.

 

Deliverables & Reports

  • Upon completion, we deliver a written report (digital or physical) of observations, findings, and recommendations.

  • The report is for your use only; you should not rely on it for purposes not agreed in writing.

 

Fees & Payment

  • Fees are as per the accepted quote.

  • Any additional work beyond the scope must be agreed and paid separately.

  • Payment terms: [e.g. 14 days from invoice date / on completion / part up front], unless otherwise agreed.

  • Late payments may attract interest at [specify rate, e.g. 2% per month] or legal collection costs.

 

Intellectual Property & Copyright

  • The survey or report is not a guarantee of future performance, safety, or seaworthiness beyond what was observed at the time.

 

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us (and our officers, employees, agents, affiliates) harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

  • your breach or alleged breach of these Terms;

  • your misrepresentations, negligence, or misuse of the survey, report or Website;

  • third-party claims arising from your use of the Services or Website.

 

Termination & Suspension

  • We may suspend or terminate provision of Services or your access to the Website if you materially breach these Terms, or if circumstances beyond our control prevent us from performing.

  • Upon termination, you must pay for all work carried out (even if incomplete) up to the termination date.

  • Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. confidentiality, limitation of liability, indemnification, intellectual property) shall survive.

 

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
